No, Ann, we are not a "mob," and don't you forget it. We are much the same as those citizens Tocqueville spoke about in the 1830's when he observed there wasn't as much "intellectual activity" in European countries as existed out here in our "wilderness," where each person was armed with an ax, a newspaper, a Bible, and an understanding of the Constitution--or words to that effect.

Further, we think for ourselves, and we see that the opponent who takes on the cause of liberty against Obama in the Fall must come armed with more than lines from Reagan's speeches or "America, the Beautiful."

We may not be constitutional scholars, but we understand that a defender of our liberty must be armed and ready to expose, rebut, rebuke, and replace the ideas of tyranny which will come from this Administration and its media surrogates in the Fall. Romney shows neither the innate ability nor quickness of thought for that battle.

Don't underestimate the entire State of SC. There is wisdom in the people's judgment, as there will be in other states throughout the nation.

I hate to see her exiled to the attic with crazy Aunt Sally, but she’s way off the conservative reservation.

I hate eating my own, but Since Sarah came on the scene, look at how many of "our own" I have spoken out against and could give 2 hits about, they all have let us down and I don't care what they think anymore, We can think for ourselves...

Perhaps the voters wanted to hear real conservative ideals rather that Mitt’s milquetoast liberalism lite. It is about time that someone called a spade a spade with the MSM with their patent bias and attempts to manipulate voters. Most people now know how the MSM is little more than the shills for the Obama White House and it is refreshing to hear someone have the guts to say so.

I never viewed her as an opportunist but I don’t know what to believe now

There only thing that she supposedly said about her support of Romney that makes any sense were words to the effect that a GOP congress will be be able to easily steer him in the right direction
