Giants win, Defense is much better then it was when they first played.
49er's barely beat NO even with 5 turnovers.

Sometimes things just come together in football to create teams of destiny. I think the 49ers are that team this year. The Giants surely went to the bottom of their well to beat Green Bay, but did so against of defense that was worst in the league. The Niners will not bend so easily and if Eli gets picked more than once, it’s game over.
I say 49ers win with the screen game and one or two deep balls and their defense. 24-15 or 41-24 depending on turnovers.

This is the game both teams wanted. The Giants didn’t want the Saints and Frisco didn’t want Green Bay.
31-27 Giants.
Winner plays New England.

Both defenses are strong and cause a lot of interceptions and fumbles. A defensive TD could be the decider.
