Keep in mind that Gatlinburg is only about 10 miles or so from Pigeon Forge Tennessee. Pigeon Forge is a mega tourist trap with many places with entertainment, dinner and shows. Dolly Wood is there and Lee greenburg also has such a place.
The girl in question is almost certain to be a backup singer in a show in one of those places.
Also there is the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. Woods and camping is the theme. My guess it was a hoax
