I believe Adam Shankman is ... evolved.
Rofl!! Post of the night!
Yeah, he is out of the evolution closet.

You don’t wanna know how long I have laughed at that line!
me too plus he capital lettered the H in horse.....lmao
Wow, they did critique Hollie tremendously. Wow. I just sent her a bunch of votes. She was pretty good.
Joshua killed it though. He really is good. The guy’s got some deep soul.
Ugh, Joshua was really good and all, but the judges went flipping nuts! They should all recuse themselves from next year’s show as apparently Joshua is too perfect and has ruined their ears for ever being able to like or even hear another voice.
Jessica sure has a big grown up voice. But she is yelling too much. Her face right now looks like she is about to vomit. “argh, yowww yoghghghg, you’re gonna love me”
We will see about that.
Julian Lennon. The little kid that McCartney wrote “Hey Jude” for when he cheating dad broke up his parents’ marriage. The one who got no attention from his dad rather than all the love Sean supposedly got.
Julian is a very nice, very humble, extremely gracious person...he's as polite and generous as they come.
That is wonderful.
So let me get this straight...Hollie at her young age doesn’t have the life experience to sing about heartbreak. But 16 yo Jessica can belt out an adult love song like no buddy’s business?
Plus according to the all knowing judges, Jessica turned water into wine after walking on water.
Wow. Those judges sure are trying to “Jedi mind trick” the audience this season.
I’m not buying it.
I voted for Hollie about 250 times tonight. I sure hope she stays on.
No buddy’s ??? Nobody’s ???
Neither one looks right to me at 2am.
Christina though makes me sick.

That makes several of us. She can sing, but the theatrics - ala the non singer-
talking machine - J Lo have turned us off on her.
Adam L and Blake Shelton on the other hand seem very sincere, and to our ears are excellent singers.
C Lo is there for entertainment value.

Glad you both enjoyed that one. Having fun, laughing at each others
comments is what makes this thread a top contender....
With the judging this year, it’s hard to sit there and wonder if you just
heard the same performance, or if the TV sound is off, or factually your hearing is that shot.....
Our bits of humor make all of that easier to endure :) :) :) :)
Same here. Everyone I know feels the same. I can't remember ever being so fed up and disgusted with American Idol. They MUST know everybody's angry, but they keep doing it.
I got lots of busy signals for Hollie last night, but I was still able to get through now and then. Hopefully between everybody's anger at the judges' treatment of Hollie, combined with the Skylar votes, Hollie will be safe. That means we'll have a "Shocking Fourth Place Elimination!!!" tonight when one of the J's goes home.
Off topic...but I have got to post this.........it is the best, yet most unfortunate headline of the day...

Hilarious!
Think of the Headlines YOU could come up with! :)
Oh. My. Word.
Is that for real?
‘American Idol’ Top 4 Predictions: Can Hollie Be Saved?
Thursday, May 10, 2012
http://www.buddytv.com/articles/american-idol/american-idol-top-4-prediction-45561.aspx
It’s the end of the road for Hollie Cavangh on American Idol. That’s the general consensus going into tonight’s results show, and I’m not sure anything can stop that inevitable conclusion.
The sweet young girl got the most negative feedback this week and she’s been in the bottom five of the past six weeks (I guess Elise Testone’s vacation home was a timeshare).
Even the judges seem to know Hollie is doomed. When asked about the Top 4, Jennifer Lopez meekly said that these are the people who deserve it, talking about Joshua Ledet, Jessica Sanchez, Phillip Phillips and “even Hollie.” It’s easy to read the subtext of that final comment. Jenny from the Block was clearly saying “I want people to think I’m nice, so I’m gonna pretend Hollie deserves to be here even though we all know it should be Skylar or Elise or Colton or, really, anyone else.”
Hollie’s departure from American Idol seems even more obvious given everyone else’s performances. Phillip Phillips has never been in the bottom and his “Volcano” was the kind of moving, touching moment he needed to secure all those young female votes. P2 should already be practicing his surprise face for when Ryan Seacrest announces him as the winner.
Joshua Ledet earned another standing ovation, although it’s hard to complain about it since he was seemingly possessed by greatness itself during “It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World.” I’ve grown tired of the judges’ obvious favoritism for him, but even I have to admit that was one of the best performances I’ve ever seen on this show.
And Jessica Sanchez got to end the night with that big song from Dreamgirls. Yeah, she sang it well, but that song is such an obvious choice and belongs in the pantheon of “Songs You Can Sing to Guarantee Your Safety” alongside Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah,” John Lennon’s “Imagine” and “Falling Slowly” from Once.
So everyone had a “MOMENT” except for Hollie. She just kind of sat there, dangling in the wind like a girl on a swing. If anyone other than Hollie Cavanagh gets eliminated, it will be a travesty, a sham and a miracle.
That is so funny. I had to transcribe a court hearing and the guy’s name was Dick Head and the darn opposing attorney started every question with now, Mr. Dick Head, this was a 2 hour hearing.
I think it’s a travesty and a shame for Hollie to go home. Actually I won’t watch the last shows if she does.
I blame the judges and their bamboozling Hollie for this.
