I fully agree. We have DirecTV and I told my wife that we have all these stinking channels and there are only a hand full that we bother to even watch. I watch military channel and history channel a lot. Some Discovery, but it depends on the trash that is on them. I watch some ESPN and I watch certain individual programs on the Christian channels. By 6 p.m. at night, I am normally done with TV and reading. I spend a minimum of 2 to 3 hours each evening in Bible study and reading on Christian issues. TV is just liberal propaganda now days.

There are channels that turn up on the over-the-air digital subchannels that specialize in old tv series, such as RTV and METV. They run this stuff 24/7, and don’t shy away from b&W series. Best of all, they’re over the air, and that means they are free. METV runs Perry Mason twice a day—different episodes.
