There is a lot of material here for humor. However, I side with those who would have tried to determine if she was genuinely hungry and was motivated by the need for food. If I could have determined that this was the case, I would have declined her offer of sex, but I would have bought her some food.

Begging for a meal is one thing - I’ve fed people who’ve done that. This woman’s behavior, though, suggests that she has worse problems than hunger, and may be a danger to anyone who tries to help her.
