Today I want to write about something that has bothered me for the better part of a decade. Ive carved out no fewer than a dozen drafts of this post, all strangely unalike, all ultimately failing to accomplish the job Ive set out to do. Truth is, Ive been trying to write it off and on for more than a year now, and the right words have been seemingly impossible to come by.
In the end, and in order to post it, I guess I had to care more about the message than I do about potential backlash. Im not being facetious when I say that I hope I can get this message across without offending well everybody.
What I really hope is that this post will spark and encourage poignant and worthwhile discussion that will lead to some poignant and worthwhile changes in the lives of at least a few people who are hurting.
That being said, I believe some strong words need to be said today.
God hates fags. Weve all seen the signs being waved high in the air by members of the Westboro Baptist church. On TV. In real life. Its hard not to take notice.
Over the years, Ive watched seemingly never-ending disgustingness and hatred spill across the media airwaves from those who belong to the organization. For those who dont know much about that church, they have made a seedy name for themselves by doing drastic things like picketing beneath atrocious signs and hosting flagrant anti-gay protests at military funerals.

Really? So why did the Lord personally come to him on the Damascus Road if Paul was going to go rogue on Him? Frankly, that statement sounds like a convenient way to spin the words of Jesus in the way you want without having to deal with Paul's accurate interpretation of the Lord's words. As long as we are talking about credibility, Paul's far surpasses yours.
I have found that prayers are so powerful that they can remove those same sins from people’s souls instantly, just like laser beams.. Often they will open their eyes and say that it feels as though my hand is in their physical body, even though I am many feet away.
Sins are real, physical tangible objects and I feel them just as you would feel a chair in your office. They have mass, density, energy.... and hurt when I walk into them. They are stored in the soul field around the body and anchored in the physical body.
While it is easy to do this for others, it is very humbling in that I could not do it with my own cancer. It was a much needed ego-ectomy to have surgery. I knew what sin had manifested the illness, and where it was stored in my soul, but could not prayerfully heal it. God’s unconditional Love is there for us all the time, no matter what we have done. It is up to us to redeem ourselves and accept it. When we forgive others who have sinned against us, we need to include ourselves in the list.
As I entered surgery, I felt like saying “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani.” That pain was greater than the knife wounds or cancer.
Paul was very clear to state what he knew from Divine guidance and what was his own opinion where no Divine guidance was provided. He stated it and distinguished between the two.
Remember, even Jesus changed His opinion during His lifetime and ministry as He grew in understanding. Remember when He refused to heal the woman as she was not of His flock, until she asked if a dog were not worthy of the crumbs from his master’s table.
Both Peter and Paul were filled with the Holy Spirit, but they had disagreements about various topics.
If you understand how the human soul functions, then you can understand this whole question about why being single is better than being married and why husband & wife become one in the eyes of God. It’s easy to demonstrate.
Jesus summed his Father’s Will in a few words in His explanation of the “tares in the wheat” parable in Matthew 13. We are the good seeds planted here on earth to grow. Me, I’m just a farmer, trying to help souls grow.

Did Jesus Ever Condemn Homosexuality?
By Mike Benson
Question: Is there any place in the New Testament where Jesus actually condemned homosexuality? If so, I have not been able to find it. ...It seems to me that if the Savior didnt say it was wrong, then neither should we.
Answer: While it is true that there is no NT record of where Jesus explicitly stated that homosexuality is wrong, He did in fact condemn the behavior. A careful study of the Bible will bear this out. Please read the following Bible passages and then consider the questions which follow:
1. And He answered and said to them, Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning made them male and female, and said, For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh? (Matt. 19:4.)
Questions: What did Jesus say about Gods creative work? Did He make Adam and Joseph? Did He create male and male, or did He create male and female? According to this passage, what has been Gods plan for sexual union [one flesh] since the beginning of time? Was His plan for a male partner to be joined to another male partner, or was it for a husband to be united to his wife? According to this passage, is a man to cleave to his male partner, or to his spouse?
Consider: Since Jesus approved of His Fathers plan [i.e., one man, one woman, one flesh,] could we correctly say that Jesus condemned homosexuality?
2. For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me; for he wrote about Me. But if you do not believe his writings, how will you believe My words? (John 5:46-47.)
Questions: What law was Jesus born under? What law did He live under? Answer: The Law of Moses (cf. Gal. 4:4.) Did Jesus endorse and follow the Law of Moses? What did the Law of Moses say about homosexuality? ( Lev. 18:22; Lev. 20:13; Deut. 23:17.)
Consider: Since Jesus was born and lived under the Law of Moses, and since He endorsed the Law of Moses, and since the Law of Moses explicitly condemned homosexuality, then could we correctly say that Jesus also condemned it?
3. I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for he will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you (John 16:12-15.)
Questions: What did Jesus say the Holy Spirit would do for the apostles? Answer: Guide them into all truth (v. 13.) When/as the Holy Spirit guided the apostles into all truth; would He speak on His own authority? Answer: No, He would speak on the authority of Christ (v. 14.) What did Jesus say the Holy Spirit would do in verse 14? Answer: He (i.e., the Holy Spirit) will take of what is Mine (i.e., Christs) and declare it to you (i.e., the apostles.)
Consider: Since 1) the apostles would be guided into all truth by the Holy Spirit, and since 2) the Holy Spirit would not speak on His own authority but instead would speak on the authority of Christ, and since 3) the Holy Spirit would take of what was Christs and declare it to the apostles, then by WHOSE AUTHORITY would the apostles speak/write/teach when the Holy Spirit guided them into all truth? Answer: Christs.
Question: What did the apostle Paul [by Christs authority] say about the practice of homosexuality? (Rom. 1:26-27; 1 Cor. 6:9-10.)
Yes, Jesus did condemn homosexuality in His Word. The good news is, there is hope for the homosexual; he has reason to believe there is hope for a brighter future. Paul states that some at Corinth had engaged in homosexual acts, but they had been washed, sanctified and justified in the name of the Lord Jesus (1 Cor. 6:9-11.) The same can happen today. As anyone who repents of a sin, the homosexual can be forgiven. He can experience the same freedom and joy that any other sinner knows when he becomes a Christian. The Bible condemns homosexual sex but clearly states that non-practicing homosexuals can be saved [Doug Sensing, Christian Response To Homosexuality, Gospel Advocate, April '93, Vol. CXXXV, No. 4, 12.]

I bet ya, when any NORMAL being heard of what homosexuality is!
“If only people could see that their fear, anger, and hatred casts out love.”
So, you won’t mind being sexually assaulted as that would just be fear, anger, and hatred.
Oh, and, uh, you won’t mind some pervert grabbing your little doggie and sodomizing it. I mean, you wouldn’t want to be judgemental; that would be fear, anger, and hatred.
Nevermind the sick naked bastard that runs around with something sticking out his butt in a public “gay-days” parade in front of children, otherwise you would be showing fear, anger, and hatred.
Been there, been the victim as a child. And the worst part of it was, like most children who are victims, they blame themselves for what happened, carry the guilt of the situation, and reverse their reward/punishment system as they feel they need to be punished to remove the guilt.
Every day I work with this and show how the emotional subconscious punishes through immune system suppression later in life.
It sounds as though you don’t understand that forgiveness is to set yourself free, not to remove the perpetrator from the consequences of their actions.
You may resign yourself to being a doormat but the rest of us prefer to be in control of our lives, have and set standards, and not simply play the role of victim.
Anger is a natural emotion and suppressing it is not healthy. Fear is a natural survival instinct and can be fatal when ignored. Hatred is also normal and allows us to not like things that cause us harm.
Being a pansy only makes things worse and invites even more aggression by others.
The homosexual agenda is intending to destroy all things not faggoty. I wont “love” that in any way, shape, or form for any reason.
Eph 5:1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;
Eph 5:2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
Eph 5:3 But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;
Eph 5:4 Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
Eph 5:5 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
Eph 5:6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
Eph 5:7 Be not ye therefore partakers with them.
Eph 5:8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now [are ye] light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
Eph 5:9 ( For the fruit of the Spirit [is] in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
Eph 5:10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.
Eph 5:11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove [them].
Eph 5:12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.
he said something like this:
Mk 10:5 And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept.
Mk 10:6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.
Mk 10:7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife;
Mk 10:8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.
Mk 10:9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
And that clearly ends the discussion on whether Jesus approves of homosexuality, I'd say.
Why the excerpt? Why not post the whole thing?
And BTW Fred Phelps is a leftist Dem friend of Al Gore’s trying to make conservatives look bad. As soon as anyone quotes “God Hates Fags” from Phelps (no one else holds those signs) they immediately show themselves as rabid leftist creeps trying to pain conservatives as “haters” and “bigots”.
Jesus also never mentioned incest, bestiality, necrophilia, pornography or sado-masochism.
Your point?

Very interesting discussion on what is love towards those practicing and pushing perversion.
There’s a lot of misunderstanding what “love” is on this thread.
Love does NOT necessarily mean “I honor or respect everything you do, say, believe, or think.”
Real unconditional love means this: “I love the real YOU which is an eternal soul. Maybe you think evil nonsense, perform noxious and sinful acts, speak lies, and in general identify with perversion. I hate all that stuff. But the real “you” - that you may not even know exists - is what I love. I hope that you seek help and change your life and try to find out who you REALLY are, because you are NOT “gay”. No one is.”
Real love means not wanting the loved one to suffer. Is it real love to say “there, there, God “loves” you just as you are, performing sodomy anonymously in public bathrooms, don’t change! I should not judge your actions but love everything about you just as God [supposedly] does.”
That is not love, that’s helping someone go to hell.
LOL. That officer is out of shape.
"God is angry with the wicked every day" (Psalm 7:11).
that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
And I always thought His next words were... Knock it off Mom! Put those stones down!
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Oh that’s funny!!
“That is not love, thats helping someone go to hell.”
Not only is that helping them go there, but keeping them in the hell on earth that most all homosexuals experience.
Yes but that doesn't prove that he and Jesus disagreed.
Remember, even Jesus changed His opinion during His lifetime and ministry as He grew in understanding. Remember when He refused to heal the woman as she was not of His flock, until she asked if a dog were not worthy of the crumbs from his masters table.
Far more likely, Jesus delayed to obtain the answer he got.
Both Peter and Paul were filled with the Holy Spirit, but they had disagreements about various topics.
So, Peter and Paul disagreed and Peter was corrected. I'm not aware that anyone has claimed that either man is inspired at all times but that their recorded words were inspired. Anyway, how does that prove that Jesus and Paul disagreed?
If you understand how the human soul functions, then you can understand this whole question about why being single is better than being married and why husband & wife become one in the eyes of God. Its easy to demonstrate.
Really? Are you referring to Ephesians 5? Paul himself tells us in verse 32 that this is a great mystery. I'm glad that you can easily demonstrate this but if you are claiming something is easy that Paul describes as hard, I suspect that your understanding is faulty.
Jesus summed his Fathers Will in a few words in His explanation of the tares in the wheat parable in Matthew 13. We are the good seeds planted here on earth to grow. Me, Im just a farmer, trying to help souls grow.
Unless you are having the gay community confront its sin, then you are raising tares and not wheat. It doesn't have to be confronted with hatred but it must be confronted nonetheless. The Bible, both Old and New Testament, is clear in its condemnation of homosexuality. It is clearly a forbidden practice.
