The supremes need to grab the NBC issue and issue a decision before we get too far into next year. The SCOTUS is an appeals court. They cannot "grab an issue." They have had every opportunity to become involved in the cases, but have run away from the issue in a shameless display of timidity

Ah... but we are moving into a different stage of the game now.
BHO, by giving Congress the finger with these illegal and unconstitutional appointments, is seriously moving into “separation of powers” territory.
The Supremes have been more than diplomatic in their relationship with Obama, but I don’t think there is very much love lost in either direction. Obama could be giving them a perfect tool with which they can slap him silly.
This could get interesting.
