Move America Forward - We're so very pleased with the effect our K9 Care Packages are having for the troops and their military working dogs in Afghanistan.
Since we began this effort to help K9 units, the response has been very positive. Supporters love the idea of sending special packages for military dogs and the troops who work with them.
We recently received a response from a soldier in Afghanistan confirming that these packages are making a great impact on the teams receiving them and gives us more encouragement to keep sending K9 packages to our brave troops!

My name is Samantha [redacted], I am currently deployed with [name withheld] in Afghanistan. I wanted to take the time to tell u thank you. The best part of our week is getting packages and letters from home. We are a small unit of 5 handlers so we share the packages we receive so everyone gets a little piece of heaven from home.
Our military working Dogs would like to say think you too, they love getting spoiled. When we have a happy puppy they are more than willing to do their job of protecting their handlers and the teams they go out with.
It is kind and generous people that make a soldiers life mean something by just a simple letter and package from home!!

Link? I have two lazy, useless, cute mutts who would like to chip in for those heroic military dogs. They know the K9 soldiers are risking their lives so American dogs at home are free to be lazy, useless, and cute.
Mr and Miss Lazy/Useless/Fantastically Cute, both of whom think they're super-tough but have never done a day's work, need to chip in from their allowance.

Is this organization (Move America Forward) the same one that held a protest on the doorstep of Jody What’s her name of Code Pink when she held some sort of supportive function for Jerry Brown during the past gubernatorial campaign?
