Had an unexpected overnite stay in the hospital....blood pressurd went thru the roof..i am now taking bp meds...and to change my ways and get healthy again....this episode scared the hell out of me.....wish me luck.

I had a BP spike a couple of summers ago, it’s scarey and makes you feel awful. Glad you are getting things under medical observation. I was able to cut my BP medicine in half which helped with the side effects aspects, primarily tiredness.
