MELBOURNE, Fla. — One suspect is in the hospital and police officers in Melbourne say they're looking for two others who broke into a home over the weekend.

Officers found one man, identified as Nathaniel Clay, collapsed in the back yard of the home. They think someone inside struck Clay with a baseball bat before one of his accomplices accidentally shot him.

Dollars to old grass clipping some enterprising ambulance chaser will find some way to sue the homeowner. And the court will accept the case.
Then the homeowners insurance will settle out of court.
