"Her addition to the ticket, which wouldnt come until late next summer, would dramatically change the dynamics of the 2012 election. As a black woman - her family has roots in the Deep South stretching back to before Civil War era, and worked as sharecroppers after emancipation - she would mute Democrats charges of racism among conservatives, especially tea party members. And her sex would likely prompt moderate women to take a serious look at the Republican ticket."
"Plus, her selection would be a giant chess move to counter the expected replacement of Vice President Joseph R. Biden with Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. Sure, the White House denies and denies, but that should really make any political watcher more suspicious. One White House insider even told me that the position swap was the only reason Mrs. Clinton joined the administration in the first place..."

Condi Rice = Obama defeated.
Vice Presidents do not set policy.

Sorry, no. She is a person of tremdendous accomplishment, but the unproductive approaches of the last 10 years are not what we need today.

I see our first knee jerk as per usual, is to criticize our own.
Starting to get used to that.

I don’t believe she desires the job at all.

On the surface, the idea intrigues me.
However, the electoral math might dictate a choice of someone who could deliver a particular swing state.
However, if Newt gets the nod, I can see him inviting Condi for the ride...

she is the one that thought it was ok to give weapons to the palestinian “police force”.....at the time the palestinians “promised” not to use them against israel... as soon as they got them, they used them against israel.. a numbskull like this should never have any position of power anywhere at anytime

Cringing at the thought. The Bushes reclaim the WH by black proxie! Hell, if you’re going to waste a vote on this moron, you might as well put Colin Powell again! Rice is a loser, votes and otherwise! Yuk!

It seems to me, we are becoming a party of one-issue voters.
This is why Dems win elections.
Dems vote to win. We too often, vote just to make a point.
Then we lose. Making that point, moot.

your own...not mine
so vote for Romney and Rice....that’s obviously the kind of ‘Beltway Republican’ you are.

Bull Pucky
name one significant contribution she made to our national security or foreign policy
I would bet she voted for obama, just like Colin Powell
If she was a white man, she would be teaching JR college somewhere- maybe- without tenure
