I don't get all of the "holier than thou" people who condemn Gingrich for his marriages, and are willing to cast the victory to obama by putting a putz like Romney into the General Election.

If the vote was for "husband of the year", of course Newt wouldn't get my vote, but it's not...it's for an office on which he is very knowledgable, compared to most others in the race.

The good ol' boys club in the GOP are the worst offenders and want to reserve the top spot for a known RINO and flip-flopper, Mitt Romney. They did the same thing last time with McCain, we have all seen what an unmitigated disaster that turned out to be.

My barber of 20 years cheated on her husband - who is a distant relative of mine - but I still go to her for my haircuts as she does a terrific job. She's remarried with a new son and is a great person. Whether she has made restitution is not my business, or my call.

I thing all of those - including the media - who are blasting Newt should adhere to the saying, "Let ye who is without sin, cast the first stone."

I suppose that liberals and lefties feel they have some sort of "cleansing" ability and completely absolved obama - even named him the "messiah" - when he's rotten and evil to the core, but condemn Cain, Gingrich and others for lesser crimes.

What I want is, this country to be straightened out, and obama is headed in the opposite direction; Romney will be a puppet to the media and the GOP insiders; Ron Paul (Ross Perot 2.0) is a nutcase, Bachmann's a whiner, and Santoram - while a great guy - just can't seem to get any traction.

Newt has his skeletons, but I would go with him, or Rick Perry, as the two guys tough enough to take on the work that needs to be done to get things right again. Newt doesn't take any crap from the media, and to me the mainstream media is largely accountable for the downfall of America.

Just my opinions...
