Was called a "dunce" cap
...meanwhile the kid goes down to the corner and gets a tat of a pot plant on his neck
Do that to my kid for asking a question and I’d be kicking someone’s ass.
remember that this is the same MSM that thinks 11 year olds are perfectly capable of being taught and encouraged into perverted sex at school
Yes, they did, but there was no “forced” schooling and all teachers weren’t government “certified” (brainwashed).
Most of the teachers had Christian Ethics—which meant they pushed the children to be virtuous and moral (purpose of education/Founders/Aristotle). And they taught basics—Rhetoric, English, Grammar, Arithmetic, History and Classics. Kids were NOT brainwashed—they were given the tools to educate themselves and be independent (of professors indoctrination and sexuality).
The neat thing was if children were humiliated or didn’t like the teacher—they just never came back again-—or like my grandfather—set his school on fire.
If the teachers were horrible the parents ran them out of the town. There was no “union” protecting their evil behavior and they ALWAYS SUFFERED THE CONSEQUENCES of their ugly behavior. Bad teachers didn’t last.
What? Are you totally stupid? The kid was in the first grade. How many first grade kids do you know that have tatoos? This teacher is an a**hat, and so are you.
Yeah, hate to go ghetto here but a teacher does that to my kid and gets KTFO Debo style.
I don’t know what to make of teachers anymore.
Here’s Debo and “KTFO” : (language warning)

I want to make all teachers into independent contractors.
That teacher is way behind in the times, you use SARCASM so they can’t prove anything, and so their friends will mock them later:
For example: Seth, I know that it’s hard for me to dissuade you from your awesomely erudite research into cannibus horticulture, but perhaps you’d like to turn your vast supplies of leisure time towards actually completing an assignment. I know you have it in you, man!
I would do the same if that were done to my kids....no wonder we have stupid kids coming out of public schools. They are being taught by stupid idiot teachers...
That is a start. No government run schools. All local parent control. School boards filled with parents only. Design their own curricula—with no CAIR sponsored indoctrination allowed. No Saudi Money going to write textbooks. No communist Bill Ayers designed Teaching Guides. Dr. Rugg’s type Communist text books burned.
Back to Classics, Rhetoric, English, Grammar, Mathematics, Real History—Thucydides, Aristotle, Cato, Cicero, Machiavelli, John Locke, Thomas Reid and the Bible. Yes, GOD IN THE SCHOOLS because our Natural Rights come from GOD. It is our philosophy. It is Theism NOT Atheism. Atheism is incompatible with our Nation Under God.
We return to the curricula prior to the take over of the Prussian/Marxists and socialist Dewey. We create thinking children—no useful idiots. Moral people with Supra Positive Laws like was designed into our jurisprudence. Atheists should not be allowed to be judges—An oath to the Creator needs to be required—otherwise we have NO Natural Rights. That is where we erred. Believing in God is not establishing a Religion. Never was—Franklin required God taught in our schools and a Christian moral code. Virtue (Christian) is essential to all Republics (Aristotle, Machiavelli, All Founders.)
Teacher “training” has to be corrected, also. Their “requirements” to become teachers and the Methodologies and Strands come right out of BF Skinner and Karl Marx and his “hierarchy of gender”. Very sick ideology. (BK Eakman).
“. They are being taught by stupid idiot teachers...”
Aw come on,goat granny, there are some very good teachers out there, and in public schools too.
This particular teacher is an idiot.
Your right of course, my son’s sister in law is a teacher. I think the problem is we only hear of the stupid one’s not the good ones..so it seems there are lot of stupid ones..A big THANK YOU to all the good ones....thanks for the correction....:O)
I went to a decent rural public school but I was out in 83.
Part of what made it good were the multi generational teachers who had taught my parents and in one case even my grandparents. Another was the fact that the teachers were part of the community.
A huge problem now is that phonics are taboo and word memorization programs are in vogue. This is a deliberate, and successful, attempt to create a generation of illiterates.
I offered my apologies in post 14. There are a lot of great teachers, we only hear about the stupid one’s and it can lead to the wrong conclusions...mears rightly corrected me..
Most teachers are average. There are some bad ones and some good ones. It is close to a normal distribution, but given the low SATs of education majors, it is probably skewed downwards. “A lot of...” ...I don’t think so.
