Bill O'Reilly Says He Wished Barbara Waters "Happy Holidays" Because She's Jewish: Is This the PC form of Greetings? Cultural and Religious Sensitivity?
Yeah, like she is SO “Jewish” anyway. Whorebag homewrecker.
Christmas is for everyone.
If I don't know their faith, then it is "Merry Christmas" for me.
Holydays isn’t PC. He was just being polite. Don’t read too much into it.
PC is when you attempt to control someone else’s speech because it may offend someone.
If you freely choose to say something out of courtesy or what may be appropriate for that person, that is just freedom.
I’m with him, on this. Nothing is gained for Christianity by unkindness.
Who is Barbara Waters?
But why is this “unkindness” if the intent is to wish the Peace and Blessings of the event that makes it Christmas (The Mass of Christ)?
I read that Walters is her real name, and that she was born in Boston. From her accent, I had always assumed she was from Eastern Europe.
Yes- typo regretted
If someone’s Jewish, why not wish them a happy Chanukah? Happy holidays is only for when you aren’t sure what religion they are, or they celebrate multiple ones.
He shudda dragged her under the mistletoe and planted a big wet one right on the smacker! Dat’s what a stand-up guy from Lon Guyland wudda done...
My Jewish dentist wishes me Merry Christmas every year.
Excellent point.
Is she the old ho-bag that did LBJ? Or was that Helen Thomas?
My Jewish dentist wishes me Merry Christmas every year.
xoxoxox
I used to really enjoy being in Israel during holidays or weekends. They great everybody, even just walking by with “Shabbot Shalom, or Hag Sameach”.
HEY BILL O’REILLY! YEAH, YOU! What are you going to say to a Brit on the Fourth of July?
Speak up Bill, we can’t hear when you guzzle that damned PC Koolaid!
“I don’t have a problem of “Happy Holidays” to a person of the Jewish faith.”

I don’t have a problem of “Merry Christmas” to a person of the Jewish faith.
Unless history has been re-written lately, the holiday has
always been called Christmas, and it celebrates the birth of Christ.
If someone, be he Jew, Muslim, or whatever is offended, they have a serious problem.
If someone of another faith wishes me a happy (insert faith holiday) I would be honored.
I don’t want anybody tells me ‘Happy Eid’l Fitr’ when the person knew that I’m a Christian. In a same manner, I wouldn’t say ‘Merry Christmas’ to a person that I know is a Jews, Buddhist, or Muslim. It’s a common sense, and has nothing to do with PC. So yeah, in this case, I agree with him.
