Romo was solid all night long. Cowboys ran up the scoreboard on the rushing offense alone.

As I mull it over and listen to the postgame, this was a breakdown with the defense. The doppleganger for the Cowardly Lion (Rob Ryan, so proclaimed by Mike & Mike) didn't call the right defense. With a 12-point lead established at the 5:44 mark, a stout defense would have neutralized both Manning and the Giants' rushing.

I watched the game. I don’t need some pundit to tell me what I just saw.

I disagree.

You can't expect Rob Ryan to be calling any good defensive play when he has chicken wings and buckets of beer on his mind.
Rob knows wings.
BTW, it really was a good game with a great outcome.

things that would have worked to Dallas’ advantage didn’t. Case in point: the mishandled snap by Manning that would have resulted in a second and about twenty came back and wound up being a fisrt and five. Why? Demarcus Ware jumped offside. Stupid things like that happened all night. Defensive holding calls, which are seldomly called, seemed to come out of the woodwork. Dallas got hit with several of them resulting in first downs for the Giants when they needed a spark. And the safety at the beginning of the game was a harbinger of negative things to come for Big D. Simply put, the Giants wanted it more. Dallas choked. The Giants are now 3-0 at Cowboys Stadium. I’m just glad Dallas won’t have to face the Packers at Lambeau Field. It’ll save them from getting a cold, severe a$$ beating.
