They may look like the sketches of a madman with too much time on his hands.
But these stunning landscapes are in fact a labour of love for German artist Heike Weber - who used permanent marker pens to draw on acrylic floors and walls
The art installation series, called Utopia, has transformed a dull and dreary apartment in Neumünster into a surreal landscape of visual depth and complexity.

A little otherworldly, not creepy. (OTOH I live in the SF Bay area, I think Darksheare is more-or-less normal, and Salamander despairs ever creeping me out)...I lived in the Bay Area for a while, too (32 years). Don't miss it a bit!
