Hydrogen peroxide is good for cleaning spots and dirty patches on carpets, too. A friend just gave me that tip, and it really works!

I use white vinegar as a “fabric softener “ periodically ..it cleans out the accumulated commercial softener in the clothes and it also is a disinfectant ..My old mother in law gave me the tip for diapers ..when we used cloth :)
It won’t bleach the color carpet?
