Her speaking fee back then was $100,000.00, plus 3 first class plane tickets from Alaska.
We hired Michael Reagan instead. Palin was a little too much for us common folks.

Sounds like Newt is a sensible and practical man, knowing what this particular occasion calls for. Space for the usual visits from staff and locals etc. and two bathrooms to facilitate the necessary preparations of more than one person. I have read of this before and thought it was a very weak attempt at scandal and silly to say the least.

If I’ve decided I’m only available for speaking engagements once each week, at locations across the country, there may be competition for those bookings.
