Wrote earlier that I thought Trent Richardson would get it but that Griffin sure earned it as well. Very talented guy. Watched him beat the Sooners and Texas. Two great games. Would be great if he won it. Luck still has a shot but thought he lost it when the Ducks beat them. As far as Mathieu, great for a fellow Tiger to be nominated, but... Thanks for the info.
I think what hurts Honey Badger is that he's surrounded by sheer greatness on an exceptional team. Miles has put together a remarkable machine, all the pieces work together in harmony. So a cog in the works, regardless of how outstanding, doesn't stand out.
RG3 has single-handedly engineered so many remarkable moments that are probably more memorable in the minds of the Heisman voters. This will be an interesting one to watch on Saturday since I don't think it's a fait accompli and thus there's an element of surprise awaiting us.
