BCS SUKS!
The Boise Broncos deserve a BCS bowl game. Would like to seem them play against Michigan Wolverines.
Boise Broncos defeated the Oklahoma Sooners in the Fiesta Bowl a few years ago.
The ONLY game I am watching this year in National Championship and the Broncos.

Agreed, but...you know you’re going to watch the Wisconsin/Oregon game, aka Rose Bowl.
Nobody will take your team seriously until they get rid of the smurf turf.

Does that include the cheerleaders, football players and since beastiality is now acceptable in the eyes of the Gov., does that include mascots?
LSU will win the Crown. The Sugar Bowl will be absolutely boring this year.

Not to split hairs, but the Sugar Bowl isn’t the BCS Championship Game.
Both the SB and the BCSCG will be in the Superdome, but they’re two different animals.
I would hope you know that. Nor was I referring to LSU and Alabama being boring who will be playing in the BCS Championship game. It’s Michigan and Virginia Tech that will be boring who play in the Sugar Bowl.
For the championship we should have the coaches' poll and the writers' poll and that's it. If they disagree on number One, so be it. They disagree--great stuff for conversation and argument through the long cold winter ahead.

I’m a Bama fan and was kinda hoping to play Stanford. #1 defense vs #1 offense. That might be a great game. BCS sux. Gimme a playoff.
I have just two teams that I care anything at all about.
What a year!!! First the Cardinals take the Series and now LSU goes unbeaten into the BCS Championship! And the Honey Badger is up for the Heisman too!!! To bad nothing else is going as well...

You may want to reconsider watching the Boring Bowl, the SEC rerun of LSU/AL. That is just about as exciting as watching ice melt. LSU and OKlahoma St. would have been a GREAT game, pitting the SEC’s defense against the Big 12 offense, but the moss backs who voted wanted to bore us one more time with a field goal extravaganza.

That could be true (but I doubt it). I haven't really followed BSU that closely but I think they were pretty banged up. Even so, they ended up ranked #7 in the BCS, and end up in the Las Vegas Bowl?
Why even have rankings if they mean nothing in selecting which teams go where? With the current system, if you're a big named school from a major conference, as long as you finish better than 500 (or under as is the case with UCLA), you're predetermined to get a favorable bowl.
Maybe they should have a similar system in pro sports with standings meaning nothing?
Yeah, of course the Rose Bowl should be “undisputed queen” of bowls. Everyone knows that they have the best teams out West. Haven’t they won like the last 5 or six National Championships!?

Oddly enough, the SEC and other conferences proposed a four team play off years ago. It was vetoed by OK State’s conference. I find that quite ironic.
