Former Miss USA Rima Fakih, 26, was serving as a designated driver Saturday night for herself and a companion, but realised only after she was behind the wheel that she, too, was intoxicated, her lawyer said.
The beauty queen was arrested Saturday on suspicion of drunk driving in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan.

Seems to me that she said going into the comp that she is a muslim, she was asked about it and said she is muslim but she certainly is no muslim, but hey when in this country today you want to win yo should always be a minority.

Her biography says she's Muslim, all the news articles about her say she's Muslim and IIRC her family has ties to Hezbollah back in Lebanon. For the record it's Muslim, not mus-loom, you racist/and or bigot.
That’s right, muslims are not supposed to drink. Female muslims are not supposed to drive; or go out in public; or wear revealing attire. Images of living creatures — including humans — are forbidden, per quran. Just being female is not a good sign.

Water can be scarce in Arabia, and safe, clean water was often scarce in Europe, back in the 7th c.

Liquor was less of a risk than water in many places, and travelers took it along as a basic necessity.
