He has been sub-par since he got clean, as terrible as that sounds. His early works will always be known as his best...I got to meet him in 1979 in a little burg called Houlton, Maine and still have an autographed paperback copy of The Stand.
Agreed. I was especially disappointed with the last one. Of the other five, I enjoyed Wizard and Glass the most.
