Russia had elections today. Putin's party lost its majority in the state Duma.
There have been MASSIVE SERVICE ATTACKS there ~ so we have to assume somebody in the US gets hit too ~ whether by accident or design we'll probably never know.

I’m not sure what a DOS attack looks like. It could be DOS. What it looks like to me is a DNS issue. The “Service” message comes up instantly for me. I’m betting DNS.
