It’s going to take a long time for the Tea Party to do its work. We are fighting against the most solidly entrenched, best-funded political machine ever devised by man — on both sides of the aisle.
To assume that the Tea Party has failed if we nominate a liberal like Romney or Huntsman, a lukewarm “conservative” like Gingrich or a candidate with warts like Perry is ridiculous. Even grass roots need time to take hold.
