1) She stalked a previous boss.

2) Were those texts half and half or all from just her?

3) During that time, she was getting evicted so maybe he was honestly trying to help her out again.

5) Or her plan was to intentionally run up the texts so she could get some camera time.

6) Some people prefer to text than to call. It's easy to run up 60 texts without realizing it which is why people buy plans with unlimited texting.

7) Not all texts are sexual in nature.

It shouldn't be. I send 61 IMs an hour, sometimes. And we still have no evidence showing that the texts were incoming or outgoing. She could have been stalking him--she apparently has a history of doing that, after all.

Proof enough of what? 61 phone calls/texts to an unstable woman with a ton of financial problems? Dude, have you ever been involved in the life of any person that can’t pull it together? They end up need you to lift the spoon to their mouths. Seriously, this woman has an injunction against her for stalking, bankruptcy, 9 liens on her this year alone and a slew of personal problems. If Herman did have an affair with her, then he’s guilty of extremely bad taste and gross stupidity - especially in light of the comely babe his wife was/is.
