Dear Herman Cain,
You have a lot of donating, dedicated supporters and I have been proud to call myself one. I'm becoming disappointed by you and I am not alone. As you think of how to go about campaigning through this partisan media onslaught, please listen to the supporters who wish they could vote for you, in the primaries as well as for President against Barack Obama.
If this latest slam against you, the 13-year sexual affair, is a total fabrication, please fight it vociferously today and have your attorney do the same. His response yesterday causes us to doubt that this accusation is 100% false.
If this accusation is even partially true, please realize that you, flawed, may still be a better choice for America than your opponents. But this would mean you still need to be honest with us. You do not need to explain your friendship with this woman. We do not need details ( though the MSM does, so please don't provide them). We need you to do two things.
First is to admit that you are flawed in this way. "Caused pain in my marriage" is how Clinton worded it; there are many ways to phrase it. Reiterate your goals for America, and make sure we know that your passion will be thusly focused during a Cain administration.
Second, you must, absolutely, draw public attention to the different way Democrat candidates are treated during such moments. On Free Republic, we learned about John Edwards's love child the moment the rabbit died, but the MSM did not give it a mention until the Enquirer had photos of him sneaking around a hotel to see the baby. For a year they protected a man who knocked up his mistress on the campaign trail while his wife was DYING of cancer. The media en masse locked down and protected him.
There are numerous other examples. There are affidavits and hard evidence regarding an alleged affair with Barack Obama, and we know he's on the 2012 ticket, but in 4 years the press has never investigated obama's alleged dalliance. There was so much that Clinton had been indiscreet about that you could fill a book. Yet the MSM defended him from all the accusations, including a 13-year-affair as well as actual rape. Your opponent Newt Gingrich has had a known six year affair while in high office. Do not go down without a clear challenge to the mainstream media to attempt any sort of fairness in reporting on these allegations.
I know that if you could come out strong and boldly on this issue, many of us will still back you.

Thanks. I was a tireless, bottomless Cain supporter and I can still be. I detest the MSM and their power. I don’t want to let them win. I just need Mr. Cain up for the fight. Be honest and disarm their weapons.

1) She stalked a previous boss.
2) Were those texts half and half or all from just her?
3) During that time, she was getting evicted so maybe he was honestly trying to help her out again.
5) Or her plan was to intentionally run up the texts so she could get some camera time.
6) Some people prefer to text than to call. It's easy to run up 60 texts without realizing it which is why people buy plans with unlimited texting.
7) Not all texts are sexual in nature.
My Dear Late Husband was falsely accused of sexual impropriety over twenty years ago. He had been in a leadership position in a church, and I suspect that the accusations were the result of a power struggle. It caused us to lose our church, part of my family, my music ministry, and a lot of friends.
I can’t help but take these maneuvers against Herman PERSONALLY. “False Witness” is up there with Murder and Theft in the “BIG TEN”.

I don’t care if he brings a bevy of beauties in bikinis to fawn over him at the next debate. I was on the Cain train from day one and see no reason to switch tracks now.

Any conservative president will require a much more conservative Congress. What do you think of term limits for Congress? Maybe three terms for the House and two for the Senate. And no pensions.! If they are paid well enough while in office, they should be able to save for retirement as the rest of us must do.
The Federal government was never meant to be a place for politicians to become wealthy! After a few years too many of seem to become so corrupted that they have brought us to where we find ourselves today!

Frankly, I don’t think Herman needs to explain anything more other than demand evidence from the press questioners to back up the accusations and demand an objective look at the women making the claims. Other than that, if he said he didn’t, the onus is on the presstitutes to show something. I believe his explanation that these allegations are nothing more than character assassination is right on; please note all these women have gaps a mile wide in their stories and financial and criminal/legal backgrounds that underscore the unreliability of their “claims.”
My response to the press would be: ‘Either show me the incriminating tapes, undies, photos or semen stained dresses or just shut-up and do your jobs as your ought.’
Proof enough of what? 61 phone calls/texts to an unstable woman with a ton of financial problems? Dude, have you ever been involved in the life of any person that can’t pull it together? They end up need you to lift the spoon to their mouths. Seriously, this woman has an injunction against her for stalking, bankruptcy, 9 liens on her this year alone and a slew of personal problems. If Herman did have an affair with her, then he’s guilty of extremely bad taste and gross stupidity - especially in light of the comely babe his wife was/is.
It’s not over 13 years, but 2 to 3 months.
