Word For The Day, Monday, 11/21/11
In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of "Word for the Day".
mingy; adj.
mean and stingy; niggardly.
Etymology: 1885–90; m(ean2 ) + ( st)ingy
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence.
The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.

she has hair that lays flat to her skull and this length is not flattering to a woman her age, but all of that being said, this is the best she has looked in forever, even the hair. She often looks like a washed out dishrag.

Funny, but I’m currently listening to a Hillbuzz interview with Larry Sinclair...and wondering if there is a vacancy in the boy toy position at the WH. Perhaps he’s on the prowl.....
