Heath and Deborah Campbell, the New Jersey parents of three children with Nazi-inspired names, lost custody of their fourth child 17 hours after he was born, the Express-Times of Lehigh Valley, Pa., reported.
Hons Campbell was taken into custody by the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services late Thursday night after the doctor who delivered the baby called the agency, the paper reported.
“There’s no legal binding court order. It’s basically a kidnapping, but they use different terms,” Heath Campbell told the Express-Times.
The Campbell family stepped into the spotlight in December 2008 when a ShopRite grovery store declined to decorate a birthday cake for their son Adolf Hitler Campbell’s third birthday.
The state took custody of Adolf, along with his sisters JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell and Honszlynn Himler Jeannie Campbell, in January of 2009. The three children have remained in foster care ever since.
A DYFS spokesperson told ABCNews.com in 2009 that she could not comment on a specific case, but said children are only taken into custody if there is a suspicion of abuse or neglect.
“We would never remove a child simply based on their name,” the spokeswoman said.

This one is for names (and political beliefs), very soon we will start to see children of conservatives and Christians being removed because it is an abusive home environment.
Why didn’t they just name him Barack like Commie parents do?
I have to agree with you. This is deliberately bringing trouble onto the heads of innocent children.
I was given a very “foreign” name myself. Impossible to pronounce, impossible to spell. While it in no way matches the cruelty of “Adolph Hitler” it has caused me many wasted hours of correcting people, redoing legal documents, you name it. So I’m rather sensitive to the wrongheaded names people give to their children.
Frances was a popular name at the time. Judy Garland is better. Everyone in NYC was named Bernie Schwartz at one time. But Tony Curtis is better. LOL.
When I was in school, kids made it a point to learn other kids middle names, so they could harass them by calling them by it.
I lucked out by not having a middle name.
Or two greater mass murders that Hitler: Vladimir Lenin, or Mao Zedong?
It wasn't so much the name so much as the complete abysmal failure to explain the concept of "insert tab A into slot B"...

I don't believe this for a second. They comment on specific cases all the time. In fact, they love to comment on specific cases. We usually get very specific details about the abuses a child has suffered.
This tells me they got nothing on these parents except they don't like their names.
