I always thought it was odd that Wagner starred in at least two movies as a greedy playboy who killed his girlfriend. Just sayin’.

Almost nothing is worse that trying to prevent someone you love who is drunk from doing something stupid, and having failed, recogninzing later that failure resulted in a loved one’s death.
We don’t know what happened. But it is well known Robert Wagner loved Natalie Wood very deeply. The autopsy showed she was inebriated when she drowned. The whole situation is tragic.
I thought her sister earlier said that she was sure her sister drank way to much and fell over?
As I said in my other post, the then Los Angeles County Coroner Thomas Naguchi had doubts about the cause of death of Natalie Wood and was doing an investigation. This did not sit well with the politicians and Hollywood bigwigs at the time for some reason and they got him removed from office. The “new” coroner then announced the death as “accidental”.
So, if I was re-opening an investigation into her death I would want to ask question of the people from the Los Angeles Coroners Office at the time who were involved in the investigation and would want to know the reason behind those doubts. Maybe Thomas Naguchi is still alive. He may well have been right in thinking something was wrong.

I listened to that joker Davern in one of the many interviews he’s giving and he has the look and sound of a four-flusher.
Hesitates, mumbles, is evasive, can barely manage to give a straight answer, he makes Mitt Romney look like the straight shootin’, straight talkin’ second coming of John Wayne. Based on his wardrobe alone (shows up in an old army-style fatigue jacket, scraggly lookin’ beard, dirty cap or hat), he’s got the shorts and needs cash bad.
