I guess it’s the same mentality that says abstinence education doesn’t prevent teen pregnancy.

“This claim is trying to imply that there is something special about bottled water which is not a reasonable claim.”

I’ve seen this before where you can’t advertize something that’s obvious. Like “this water contains 0% saturated fat”. They argue you’re implying that some other water does have saturated fat. So you force all other companies into this same ridiculous claim

“Oh, and by the way, British peons, you are not allowed to have that vote on EU membership.”

What does prevent dehydration?

If water doesn’t do it what does?

Do they have an answer for that one?

It has to be pointed out that
He said: “The EU is saying that this does not reduce the risk of dehydration and that is correct.

“This claim is trying to imply that there is something special about bottled water which is not a reasonable claim.”

comes from Prof.Brian Radcliffe, of the Nutrition Society (which apears to be a voluntary interfering busybody group), the only person that the reporter found who was willing to state that the Eurinal regulations were a good idea.

The Dept. Health spokesman cited in the preceding sentence, like everyone else quoted, was saying the the ruling was bizzaro

But dehydration cannot be prevented if one uses dry water.

Makes me think of the Jackie Chan movie The Tuxedo where water was turned into a weapon and when drank it turned a person to dust.

Soon the EU will ban the deadly chemical DHMO:

Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO)

The dangers, uses and potential threats posed by this chemical, Dihydrogen Monoxide, are widespread, and some feel, terrifying. Here is just a small taste of what Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO) is:

* Some call Dihydrogen Monoxide the "Invisible Killer"
* Others think dihydrogen monoxide should be Banned
* Dihydrogen Monoxide is linked to gun violence
* Dihydrogen monoxide was found at every recent school shooting
* Athletes use DIHYDROGEN MONOXIDE, or DHMO, to enhance performance
* Dihydrogen Monoxide has been found in our rivers, lakes, oceans and streams
* Dihydrogen Monoxide is a major component of acid rain
* Thousands die each year after inhaling dihydrogen monoxide
* Dihydrogen Monoxide can be deadly
