Not that I would particularly defend put bulls, but if the dogs were “wild” and running in a pack, I am not sure the breed is that significant. ?

The Animal ‘Control’ chappy either does not know the correct term is “killing frenzy” or refuses to use.
I’ve told this story before but may be worth repeating. When I was a kid, there were several incidents of “mysterious” killings of horses in our neighborhood. No one knew what the heck was going on... what could kill a horse? Well, the neighborhood found out. In the morning, it was common for everyone to let their dogs out to do “their business”. What they didn’t know was the neighborhood dogs met and formed a pack and went hunting together as a pack. All types of dogs, too. Poodles, mixed breeds, husky, lab etc. Not one of these dogs was violent at home. Something happens to a dogs brain when they form a pack... something going back to the wild.
