I said in June that my baloney-meter was stuck at 50% on the ECAT, and I'll not be convinced until I start seeing some independent reports of Ecat operation. But the level of business development and proliferation is getting hard to ignore. This is either the late stages of a superbly run scam, or the dawn of a new age.

Frankly, I don't see why they're bothering with Rossi's tea kettle, when they have their own magic device that supposedly generates 500MW of electrical power (not just hot water).
