In my neck of the woods they caught some yutes speeding on the highway that had left Portland. Found some large fireworks in mason jars (explosives with shrapnel). Lots of anarchists in this area. Glad they didn’t get to use them to provoke a huge encounter. (And glad they got caught!)

I heard about that! The news called them "homemade mortars." So glad they got those guys.

Seems so. It also seems a whole lot of money was blown on this middle of the night drama just to clean. I guess New York has money to burn. Bloomers is a pretty piss-poor mayor in my opinion. This was all show and a HUGE waste of dollars and man hours.
