His teacher said there are no accidents. Those seem like accidents.

A misfire? A jam? Accidents? You don’t shoot do you? Squibs happen with many folks that reload, but very seldom with factory rounds. Every squib causes a misfire. Not an accident, the round just doesn’t go off.
A Jam is caused by various things but what happens is the new round is not chambered or properly chambered and the gun does not shoot. Again, no accident. As I said before, a weapon NOT firing is no accident.
gun accidents are made, they do not just happen.
