You have a problem with a paid professional military?

Do Yeomen usually go to war as conscripts or volunteers in your mind?

Once they volunteer and are paid, are then not part of a paid professional military?

Evidence shows you know next to nothing about the military traditions of American families and are thus in a rather piss poor position to say what their acts do or do not symbolize.

The Founders and the founding generations of the America you claim to love had a great problem with a paid professional military. Have you forgotten your own nation's history?

Tyrants have no problems at all with professional military. For one example Kadafy, the recently deceased was big on a professional military. And on our own shores, far from Tripoli:
As part of their Joining Forces initiative, first lady Michelle Obama and Jill Biden will serve as grand marshals for the Sprint Cup Series season-finale Ford 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway. NASCAR, Mrs. Obama and Mrs. Biden will recognize service members and military families from the local community in pre-race ceremonies and at a special BBQ lunch and will also invite a military family to join them as they lead the pre-race ceremony and offer the command for drivers to start their engines.
Answer me! Just who do the tyrants most desire and compete for the support of?

Citizens or Professional Military?

What does this NASCAR news blurb today tell us?
