Thanks!!! I now feel the need to contac them immediately (which I normally DO NOT do) and tell them how offensive it was.
Not that it will do any good, but at least I can release my anger, shame and embarrassment towards them.
Don’t worry. Your letter will be ignored and they’ll broadcast something even more offensive in the future!
