Take some time off. Remember, Vit D is fat-soluble, so you probably have a fair amount stored, which, actually, is good to have for the winter when sunlight goes down.
I read that the half-life of Vit D in the body is about 60 days. Get it checked again around New Year’s day, you should be good to go.
Unfortunately I’m not going to be able to get it checked again. I just lost my health insurance, and my doctor’s last transmission was really the last. :-(
