This is America! Celebrities are important people with important work to do! She probably has a casting call for a movie coming soon.. there’ll be script readings, negotiations, etc. Lindsay can’t be bothered with such trivial matters as serving a jail sentence for a criminal offense.Actually, I just read that she needed to re-shoot her Playboy layout as the first one was a complete waste of film.
