A few years ago, I was in Puerto Stroessner, a smuggling port in Paraguay on the Rio Parana. Dude came up to me on the street, and just like in the movies, he rolled his sleeve up and had a half dozen "Rolexes" on his arm. We did some negotiating, and for a $100 bill, he gave me six of them plus he threw in a pair of knock-off Oscar De La Renta sunglasses. The watches made great gag Christmas gifts.
