Reportedly, the first customer conducted acceptance testing before handing over the money. Once these customers start to reveal themselves, we will know more. I'd REALLY like to know the identities of these customers.

***The October 28 test was all about showing his customer that it works to the standard agreed, and the customer forked over cash as a result.
Proving this is a fraud is simple now, because Rossi is going to be selling the devices.
