Marriage, at the best of terms - has only about a 50% chance of success.

Add to that a self-centered, immature woman, who’s primary concern in life is how “her public” perceives her - and this marriage didn’t stand a chance. She will go from relationship to relationship - and wonder, “Where did all the good men go?”; never coming to grasp the idea that in all likelihood, she’s the primary cause for every failure.

So Chris Humphries was a fine upstanding gentleman who is simply being wronged by his wife? Why are you blaming only her?

Face it, she is self-centered, but he is a jerk.

A couple of Mrs WBill's friends are like this. They frequently lament, approximately, "No one loves me. What's wrong with all of them?"

At that point, I need to get up and leave the room. They're looking for sympathy, not solutions. :-)
