Baseball is not for the faint of heart, my friends. As rally squirrel would say, that game was NUTS.

You've got that right. Not taking anything away from the steller, dramatic finish by the Cards, the monumental collapse of the Rangers will long be remembered, especially here in Texas. I think last night is a bridge too far and our hometown team is so dispirited that it can't be overcome. I see another game #3 on tap tonight with the Cardinals (a team of destiny this year) romping to a huge finish over the hapless Rangers.

As they say in Field of Dreams, "ease his pain." My pain (and those of my co-workers here at the shop) from last night's blown opportunities still stings. I'm sure the same could be said for Nolan Ryan and George W. Bush.

Ease his pain? Ease his PAIN ????

Until the Dodgers return to Brooklyn, it can never be right...

I never get nervous during a baseball game like I do during a football game, but this one last night had me chewing my nails.
