You can get ice cream in lots of different flavours like mint, vanilla and chocolate. Yum.
Well there's a new type of ice cream being launched in the UK and it's made from camels' milk!
The makers reckon it has half the amount of fat of dairy ice cream, and three times the amount of vitamin C.
The camels' milk is shipped in from the world's only commercial camel farm in the Netherlands, which is home to 58 of the humped beasts.

I would think your “feed / yield “ ratio would be low, what with camels having not much in terms of udders.
Some news report. They leave out the most important detail—are the camels dromedaries or Bactrian?
