Been noticing something.
Liberals seem to be a bit jumpy about Marco Rubio.
Want to slime him. Almost like they were about Palin...
Interesting.
So that once he is out of office and we get at least one state/court with guts we can sue to find out who this asshollll really is.
Only in a banana republic, which we are admittedly fast approaching.
Congress doesn't need to go through impeachment.

As for unused and legal, legitimate Congressional authority to subpeona documents, if that is the case, it would certainly be welcomed. Just don't count on unnamed authorities to arrest Hussein. Not gonna happen.
Of course but whats legal? Is it only legal for dems to break the law?
Is it still fraud if its acknowledged by every court in the land and by the congress? When does it stop being fraud?

Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in the gaps left by the Constitution. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are “citizens of the United States at birth:”
* Anyone born inside the United States *
* Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person’s status as a citizen of the tribe
* Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
* Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
* Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
* Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
* Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
* A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.
* There is an exception in the law — the person must be “subject to the jurisdiction” of the United States. This would exempt the child of a diplomat, for example, from this provision.
This man is president where is the fraud? How he got there is relatively well known at this point and no one has stepped forward to stop him. Is it still fraud? How can you prove that?Is it only fraud if you are a Republican.

He is not legally President so He cannot resign from a position that he does not legally hold. In addition, impeachments apply to legal Presidents, not criminals usurping the office due to dereliction of duty by others.
If the Constitution said that "no dog" can become president, yet, somehow a chihuahua bit his way into the oval office, would you still call that chihuahua a President? You know that you wouldn't. Why are you doing it now?
That's obviously true, and the Constitution clearly lays out the remedy, should an ineligible candidate slip through: the House impeaches, and the Senate removes, with the Chief Justice presiding. Of course, if they can't muster the required simple majority and two thirds majority, then the President stays in office. It's as simple as it is unreviewable. The sheeple were the problem. They elected him, and they are the reason the votes to remove are not there.
You stated as well that a natural born citizen is simply someone who aquires their status at birth. What then is a "dual citizen"? The founders specifically placed the natural born citizen requirement for President to guard against the possibility of a dual citizen becoming President.
Neither dual citizenship nor loyalty to a country other than the United States explains Obama's behavior in office. Obama's loyalty is to himself and the cockamamie ideas he picked up in his youth as a red diaper baby. He's acting as if Bill Ayers is ghost-writing his presidency as well as his autobiography. Of course, Bill Ayers is fully eligible under the most stringent birther interpretation.
Incorrectly interpreting the Constitution will not prevent the advent of an Obama. Only the voters can do that. But it might deprive us of talent such as Rubio.

Any ineligible candidate that "slips through" is captured and eliminated under the Twentieth Amendment, Section Three:
"3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified."
Congress is commanded by the Constitution to ensure that a President elect "qualifies". This qualification cannot have anything to do with the results of the electoral college, or the certification thereof by Congress because there is no such thing as a legal president elect until that person has been identified, legally. The certification by Congress finally does this. Now, what is left to "qualify" for? The only remaining qualifications are listed under the eligibility requirements for the office of President in Article two.
Section Three instructs Congress to ensure that these requirements have been met, or they must name a replacement who does "qualify". The burden of proof in this case is clearly placed upon the one seeking the office. "If the President elect shall have failed to qualify" is describing an action by the President elect that he/she either succeeded or failed at.
I think this is where we are and have been since before the illegal oath of office was supposedly administered behind the closed doors of the Supreme Court. We have no legal President. Congress did not do it's duty to support the Constitution because it was their job to know whether or not Obama met qualifications or not. Since virtually none of them are willing to testify under oath that they can confirm whether or not he is eligible means that he never submitted the proof as required under section three. To say otherwise begs the question as to why he felt compelled to release a BC in April of this year. Impeachments only apply to legal Presidents, not usurpers. Usurpers are arrested and properly dealt with by the criminal justice system.
I'm still awaiting your explanation as to how a dual citizen can ever be a natural born citizen as well.
I am sorry. I love Rubio, I do. But he is not constitutionally qualified for POTUS. I despise democrats who fought to get Obama in office even though he was ineligible. Lots of people knew it. I was writing about it then, in 08 and no one listened.
Well, it wsa true then and it is true now. I am not going to back down from a constitutional principle because I like the candidate! NO! As attractive as he is as a candidate, I will NOT vote for him!
It takes a person born in the United States to parents who were also citizens. This person has ONE possible citizenship. It is impossible to have anything BUT ONE citizenship to qualify as POTUS. The only possiblity is American citizenship. It is just that simple.
That is the point of the clause. It isn’t fair, it was never intended to be fair.. it was to protect us from Obama’s. Yes, that might mean we loose out on some otherwise great candidates... but it is what it is. It is better to protect our nation and society from any more Obamas. The wonderful Rubios of this country, and there are many great people born here to imigrants. But It is only second generation Americans who can run for POTUS. Is that frustrating, yes, when looked at that way, because lots of good people get counted out.
However, it does protect us from the occasional Obama who is not bound by the constitution - because he is breaking it- and so shoves every unconstitutional thing he can down our throats. I don’t think a Rubio would do that, but this isn’t meant to protect us from that quality of leader. He is in a sense a victim of this, but its worth it. No, this protects us from presidents like Obama, who have no real loyalty to this country.
God bless Marco Rubio, but he will never get my vote for POTUS or Veep.

I am NOT thankful. Not in the LEAST. The third branch of Government SHOULD be able to stop this. That is it’s FUNCTION. I am horribly and completely disappointed that no court will defend us from such blatant lawlessness. It is a tragedy.

The Court does not have a role.
The cops do not have a role. They can't go in and bust the president because a passer by borrowed a cell phone and called 911 and reported an ineligible incumbent. That would truly be acting stupidly (and fatally, if the USSS is on the job).
The fact is, Congress is not supposed to allow an ineligible candidate to be sworn in. But if they do, then the only constitutional way to undo it is via the impeachment process. And the only way to undo whatever he signed before being removed is the legislative repeal process.

Dual citizenship is a total wild card. Any country in the world can claim Uncle Sham as a citizen, whether he likes it or not. All they have to do is enact a law, via whatever mechanism makes laws in their government. They can make a law specifically naming Uncle Sham. But, more likely, they'll happen to have a law that makes descendents of Uncle Sham's pa or grandpa citizens of Wherever because Grandpa Sham happened to be born in Wherever. Example.
Of course, that has no bearing whatsoever on US citizenship or its natural bornness. To hold otherwise would be to cede US sovereignty to Wherever. Wherever should not have the power to veto candidates for POTUS by claiming them as citizens!
A candidate's possible dual citizenship is irrelevant unless he renounced his US citizenship or failed the 14-year residency requirement.
Ultimately, if a candidate was born entitled to US citizenship, only the voters can keep him out of the Oval Office.
