Summer - short sleeves. Shorts as we can wear such to work in the summer.
Spring/Fall - lightweight long sleeves. Jeans.
Winter - LL Bean flannel/chamois shirt. Jeans.
I'm a guy. My fashion sense is limited to making sure I don't have a stain on my work shirts.

I live encased in thermal underwear during the winter. I unpacked them all the other day for a fall wash before suiting up tomorrow. When it gets supper cold I wear my carhardt coveralls over my clothes most days.
Such is life in Michigan.
