We had those occasionally. If I remember it was a pretty tough meat and required a lot of cooking. But I would still rather eat it every day than have liver once a year.

I have had haggis once....no big deal..

Gosh! The way my Dad cooked it, you didn’t even need to chew! It just melted in your mouth. I believe it was the tenderest “cut” of any kind of meat that I’ve ever eaten. I love liver! But it has to be very fresh. From a butcher shop, not a supermarket.
