Grandsons and I had hot wings, salad, fresh pineapple, and a bunch of icy coca cola with the game tonight. It was really enjoyable. I had predicted a Cards win becsuse it was a home game and the first one, and I thought the Cards would be all jacked up for a win, so I was gratified we made it.
Now, I’m predicting three losses in a row, and then three more wins. (*fingers tightly ctossed*).
The guy who sang “God bless America did a good job. Great to hear the crowd singing with him.

Sounds like a fun time with the family. It’s what baseball should be about. My wife fell asleep and started purring ;o) I tried to keep it down to let her rest. I’ll keep the hot wings in mind ... maybe tomorrow night.
