The high-powered New York lawyer hired by an anonymous donor to represent the parents of missing baby Lisa Irwin gave an interview this morning, alongside the family's private investigator, to tout the couple's innocence in spite of recent claims that the mother may have been blackout drunk on the night of the 10-month-old's disappearance.
Federal aviation officials have also stepped into the search, by temporarily restricting flights that go over a wooded area near the Missouri couple's home, where authorities are now searching for the fourth time in hope of clues.

She said they couldn’t make outgoing calls on their cells because they hadn’t paid the bill. They could receive incoming calls.
Are you aware of anything along these lines?
The story about their kids playing together can’t be true if it was in 2003. Deborah’s son is 6. Unless she has another child out there. And Deborah is 25 so how old was she when she got married and had her son? I read she quit school in 11th grade. Not sure when she was pregnant but could have been at 17 and then got married. Don’t know anything about her husband other than he is in the military.
I have a pre-paid Straight Talk from WalMart. My minutes have run out and I haven’t gotten a new card. I can’t make outgoing calls but I can receive calls. It’s true.
Joe Tacopina defended Joran Van der Sloot, he will defend ANYTHING! He is a piece smarmy of trash.

Suspected of murdering that blond girl in Aruba? Having some problems with your appointment as homeland-security chief? Made the mistake of having sex with Christie Brinkleys husband? Call Joe Tacopina, the best-dressed, smoothest-talking, hardest-working criminal-defense attorney going, and for a mere $750 an hour, everything will be okay.

How would you be able to receive calls if you have no minutes left since you are charged for minutes for incoming or outgoing? That makes no sense
Well, he does have “defense lawyer” after his name, so we kind of suspected that didn’t we? ;^)
You aren’t charged for minutes unless it’s an outgoing call and you can get the unlimited cards. They are good for a month - $45. Believe me, my daughter calls me but I can’t call her. Others have said the same thing. It is different with a contract plan and you don’t pay and they just cut off the service. If I try to make a call, a recording says I need to add minutes.
You can still call 911, though, as far as I know.
I guess that is different for a trac phone with some kind of contract - but didn’t this woman, Deborah, claim she was “reprogramming” the phones that night? No mention at that time of them not paying the bill - her details seem to come in pieces as she gets caught not telling the whole truth
I have no idea what “reprogramming” the phones even means. And I think Deborah is a liar. Conflicting time lines, stories of Jeremey checking boys’ room, then Lisa’s room, another story of talking to Deborah before checking on them, and her son was in her bed so he couldn’t have checked on the “boys”. Don’t believe either one of them.
Yes - none of it makes sense - he and she both are in on this coverup - and even the crap she is spouting about not asking the boys any questions - that is insane.
OMG! Tacopina is getting really creative with his red herrings.
So ridiculous. Next thing you know, Baby Lisa will be sighted with a Gypsy troupe in the Algarve! ;)
Taco Joe is a disgrace to the legal profession.
Carriers direct all outgoing calls to 611 so they can talk to you about the bill. Incoming calls still go through up until the carrier completely deactivates the phone.
Master clear to resell the phones? Possibly reprogramming the software to work with a different carrier as they owed more than they could pay with their current carrier.
Wouldn’t the person she was drinking with have seen the child at certain times?
Deborah’s mother, Lisa Netz died mysteriously in 2001 at the age of 36 in Delaware or Pennsylvania. Deborah was 15 then. Her father moved her and her brothers to Kansas. In 2003 Deborah would have been 17. I think the military ex-friend got her years mixed up. I believe Deborah and her CURRENT HUSBAND, Sean Michael Bradley lived at Fort Bragg in either 2005 or 2007.
It really bugs me when the media talks about Jeremy as her husband. He is and has never been married to Deborah. They are shacking up.
There is no contract with a Trac Phone. Been using one for over 2 years. I just buy more minutes when I need them. Nothing to sign...no contract to break.
I read somewhere her mother died of a drug overdose. Don’t have any way of knowing if it is true, but I know there are reports her mom and other family had problems with alcohol and drugs. And I yell at the TV every time an idiot news person says “husband” or “wife”, too. Deborah is still married to Sean. I have heard a lot of mistakes in the media. Just makes me realize that we can’t really trust a lot of what they tell us.
