Adbusters have a lot in common with the Situationists of France in the 1968 time frame. The Situationists were Marxists, they supported street demonstrations, they made interesting use of media, and the things that they said may have sounded good (to some) but they absolutely made no logical sense.
Adbusters are rabblerousers. They are hypocrites. They don't really mean anything. They just want attention.

And what are they throwing at the cops down on and near Wall Street? According to cops they are getting hit by Health Valley bars, Starbucks latte and brownies still in the wrapper, and lots of bottles of Poland Spring and Evian in hard plastic bottles.

Using the ignorant to whip up chaos - who haven't a clue about what they're doing.
But the agenda of those behind it are clear: Take over the country and install Socialism, take over all businesses and control/run them by the gov’t, ‘redistribute the wealth” - take down the evil rich people and businesses (who create the jobs) - Class Warfare - tool of the tolalitarians.
Then everyone is ‘equal’ everyone has the same - NOTHING.

After reading this Freepers should realize that the neo-liberals at the NY Times, Washington Post, LA Times, CNN, etc. have as much use for these leftists as we do. People this far left tend not to spend money. Commune dwellers grow their own food. Eco-fascists only buy used stuff at Goodwill or make it themselves. There's not a lot of ad dollars to be made trying to sell to these crackpots.
However, Freepers will continue to throw all liberals in the same bucket and claim that the NYTimes, et al are commie rags that are trying to turn us into the USSA.
It would be nice if we could identify the real enemies (neo-liberals) and fight them, rather than conjure up conspiracy theories involving socialists, communists, and Gramscian cabals.

What makes you think you have the right to drive around with a ton of metal wrapped around you, asks the September/October 2003 issue, the right to twist a tap and get hot water, the right to flick a switch and get your house warmed up,strip these people naked and drop them off in the Canadian wilderness

And how do they propose to disseminate their “message”? Smoke Signals?

My question is this:
Since Adbusters is a foreign entity that is engaged, with foreign assets, in a coordinated campaign to undermine the political and economic stability of the United States, shouldn’t these actions both internally and externally be met with the proper military response that targets the foreign power attacking the United States?
